1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fee, no questions about why.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email us at [support@nadabutnature.com] with your order number and a brief note that you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging.
  4. Once we receive and verify the return, we'll issue your refund (see processing time).

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the product should be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Unopened and unused, or opened with the majority of the contents remaining (we understand you may need to try it before knowing if it works for you).

Items that are completely empty or visibly damaged due to misuse may receive a partial refund or be refused. Promotional or sample items are not eligible for refund.

4. Return shipping

For returns based on personal preference (it didn't work as expected, you changed your mind), return shipping is your responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we cover return shipping.

5. Refund processing time

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and email you a confirmation. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact time you see the credit depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Damaged or defective items
